Device Diagnostics is a software tool that performs various hardware and software tests on hearing instruments. These tests are designed to help authorized GN ReSound service technicians to identify failures in a hearing instrument. They can also be used for regular verifications of the hearing instrument.

The program is built on a complex, but highly user-friendly check-tree process. It's simple and easy to manage and has a lot of extra features to satisfy both the basic user as well as the advanced user needs.

Today Device Diagnostics v.1.4.1 supports more than 100 different device models and will in the future be updated to include any new product releases.

Note : You need to uninstall any previous versions of Device Diagnostics before installing Device Diagnostics v.1.4.1 Drivers encore n150.

How to uninstall Device Diagnostics

Device Diagnostics is installed using Windows Installer technology and can be easily removed from the system. To uninstall Device Diagnostics run Add/Remove Programs in the system Control Panel .

Device Diagnostics can be installed on the following operating systems:
